Abstract

A method for qualitative assessment manufacturability details early in the design when choosing the material of construction. Experts from among the specialists of the enterprise directly allocated to advance the ranking of factors affecting the choice of material items, consolidated average rank assigned to each material. Rank affects the formation of the technological index of each material, and allowed to carry out a final choice of the most tech material for details. The effectiveness of techniques experimentally confirmed expert assessment of manufacturability for heat dissipation components of electronic modules. The experts recommended as the most efficient materials for manufacturing the heat sink of the brand alloy silumin AK12 and an alloy of Al-Mg-Si AD31.
